Education and Participation in my Proposed Direct Democracy

The path to direct democracy will not be quick, and it will not be easy. I’m relying on open minds when people finally realize that fascism has failed us.

I loosely base my proposal for a new US government on the federal administrative rulemaking procedure. To make rules based on federal law, the subject agency within the executive branch creates a proposed rule and opens a public comment period.
