In the last election, my state of Illinois voted to make sure we pay more taxes than the rich, forever. Illinois voters were afraid some of the richest corporations and families in the world might pay a little more that they would never notice so we can pay a lot less, money we'd really notice. Inexplicable other than free-dumb.
